Partner program

Five founding agencies.

We are taking five founding agency partners. You keep the client relationship, we handle the onboarding, and the commercial terms are worth a conversation. Write to us and we will walk you through them.

  • 05 slots in total
  • 03 in the first cohort
  • 02 held in reserve
The program

A short list, not a directory.

Cervito is sold and onboarded by the founder personally. That is the constraint this program exists to relieve, and it’s also why the cohort stays small. We’d rather stand behind five agencies properly than run an open channel and hope.

A founding agency brings the merchant and keeps the relationship. You already know their catalog, their margins and what they’re trying to fix this quarter. We put the associate on the storefront, keep her running, and stay behind you rather than beside you.

No partner portal · no certification to buy · no directory listing · no logo wall you pay to be on

The stagger

We aren’t signing all five at once.

The first three slots are cohort one. The other two are held back deliberately and released later, on a condition we hold internally rather than on a date we could dress up as urgency.

If you want to know where the count actually stands, ask. We’ll tell you the real number in the first reply.

What you get

Four things, and one of them is a phone call.

01

A revenue arrangement, discussed directly

We don’t publish the commercial terms, and we’re not going to make you guess at them either. They’re the first thing we walk through on the call, before you’ve spent any effort on a pitch. If they don’t work for your agency, you’ve lost half an hour rather than a quarter.

02

A direct line to the founder

No partner portal, no tier ladder, no reseller queue. The person who builds the product answers your email, and joins the client call if you want a technical second voice in the room.

03

Three live stores you can put in front of a client

Pawfield Pet Co., Voltline Electronics and Northbrook Coffee Co. run the production widget on real catalogs. No login, no sales call first, and nothing staged for the demo. Send the link before the meeting or open it during, and let the client interrogate her themselves.

04

A measurement story that survives the question

Every client eventually asks how you know it worked. Results here are measured against a randomized holdout: a share of visitors never see the widget, and their order rate is the control. All five attribution models are shown side by side, so the client can use the one they trust rather than the one that flatters us. How we measure results.

What we expect

The other half of the deal.

Three things, and none of them is a monthly deck. If the program ever needs a scorecard to stay alive, it has already stopped being worth either side’s time.

You run the first conversation
You know the client, the catalog and the season they’re heading into. The pitch lands better from you than from a stranger with a demo link.
We handle the onboarding
We set the store up ourselves, usually live within 24 hours, and we stay on the technical side of the line.
You keep the client relationship
We don’t go around you. The merchant is yours before the introduction and yours after it.

Before you write

Open a live store and try to catch her out. It’s the first thing your client will do, and we’d rather you did it first.

Apply

Write to us.

Tell us who you work with and which client you have in mind. Put your agency in the company field; the store URL can be a client’s store, or your own site if you’d rather start there.

We are choosing five. If they are gone by the time you write, we will tell you that rather than keeping you on a list.

Prefer email? Write to [email protected]. We answer every one.

Apply for a founding slot

The founder reads every note personally and typically replies within one business day. The commercial terms come back in that reply, or on the call if you’d rather hear them out loud.

0/2000

No spam. Replies from a person.

Either way

Not sure yet? Come and look.

Book a 30-minute demo with the founder over Google Meet, bring a client catalog if you have one to hand, and decide about the program afterwards.
