For espresso newcomers, default to the medium roast. The light reads sour on their first pull.
Don’t quote roast-to-ship past 3 days. We roast to order, so route timing questions to a person.
For gift shoppers, lead with the boxed sampler. It includes the printed brew card.
Should I offer the sampler to gift-shoppers under €60?

Sarah does not arrive fully formed. You train her on how your shop answers, then keep coaching her on the floor so every shift makes her a little better.
The problem
A new hire learns your voice over weeks of corrections on the floor. Most storefront tools never learn at all, so the same weak answer repeats on every visit. Sarah needs a way to take your feedback and actually keep it.
How it works
- Train her before she goes live. Work through a library of 22 scenario templates, from shipping and returns to sizing, gift advice, and objection handling, or write your own. Grade and edit her answers; the ones you approve become few-shot guidance she follows.
- Coach her on live answers. Thumbs-up or thumbs-down any real reply and add a short correction note. Sarah proposes a brief behavioral rule based on it.
- Approve before anything ships. Each proposed rule passes a safety review (a regex check, an AI moderation pass, and your final confirmation) before it counts.
- It takes effect instantly. Once you accept a rule, it applies to every future chat right away, with no rebuild or redeploy.
What makes it real
Training examples only guide Sarah after you approve them, so nothing reaches a shopper unreviewed. Coaching notes are tenant-isolated, scoped to your shop and never shared across merchants, and capped per chat to keep her fast. Each accepted rule carries a "used in N chats" count so you can see what is actually working. Moderation is fail-open by design, which keeps your authority final: you decide what Sarah learns.
Pairs with Conversational selling and Campaigns.
